Dry Firewood Delivery

Our quality firewood is cut, split and kiln dried ready for you to burn, giving you a higher heat compared to seasoned dry wood and a longer burning time meaning you get more heat for your money.

We have our own tipper truck for the local deliveries.

Here are the answers to a few of our most frequently asked questions regarding our delivery service.

* Does the price include delivery?
Yes, all the quoted prices are inclusive of delivery for orders within a 20-mile radius of our sawmill. For both retail and wholesale orders beyond a 20-mile radius, please contact our office for a delivery breakdown cost.

* How are the products delivered?
Local Loose Loads are delivered by the tipper.  Pallet orders are delivered by a haulier.

Pallet delivery can only be guaranteed to your curbside. For non-local deliveries, the pallet is delivered from a lorry. Please indicate if a tail lift is required. It is only possible to manoeuvre a pallet truck on level, smooth, and solid surfaces, such as tarmac, concrete, or block paving. If you have any queries, please contact us on 01239 711393.

* Do I need to be at home when the delivery is made?
Local deliveries can be left without a signature; however, if you won't be present for delivery, a waterproof covering is advisable for your wood.

Freight deliveries require a signature, so someone needs to be there to receive your order. If you are unable to be there, then we will request the final deposit to communicate with you to arrange a day and time suitable for delivery.
